Why drive?
Fresno has the fighters. Fresno has the fans. So why are we driving somewhere else to watch them fight?
Local fighters. Local gyms. Local businesses. Local fans.
Fresno shouldn't just be a place fighters drive through on their way to another event.
Fresno should be home.
Fresno fighters are already out there
The talent is already here.
We've identified approximately 18 active CAMO fighters in the Fresno/Clovis area. Many local fighters are already traveling outside Fresno to compete.
We're exploring whether Fresno is ready to bring the fights home.

The plan
The first Fresno Combat event
We're currently working through the venue, regulatory and event planning process for our first MMA event in Fresno, with venues in Fresno and Clovis under consideration for fans across the Central Valley.
The goal is simple: start small, put on a professional show, prove the market and build from there.
- Amateur MMA
- Central Valley fighters
- Professional production
- Live audience
- Local sponsors
- Fresno / Clovis venue
No date, venue or fight card has been announced. Any future event is an amateur MMA contest subject to applicable regulatory approval.
Fresno Combat launch
1 of 6 complete
- Concept— complete
- MCReaching out— in progress: Reaching out
- VenueIn talks— in progress: In talks
- CAMOResearching requirements— in progress: Researching requirements
- Fight card— not started
- Tickets— not started
We update this as each piece is actually locked down. In progress means conversations have started; nothing is confirmed until it's marked complete. A venue is only marked complete when a contract is signed, and CAMO only when an event has genuinely been approved.

If you'd come to a Fresno Combat event, tell us.
Every signup is a real person telling a venue, a sponsor and a gym that Fresno wants this. That's the whole point.
