About
Why Fresno Combat?
Fresno Combat was built around a simple idea: the Central Valley already has the fighters, gyms and fans. Fresno should have a place of its own to showcase them.
We're starting small. We're doing the homework. We're finding the right venue, regulatory structure, partners and sponsors before announcing anything.
If the market responds, we'll build it.
Where we are
No shortcuts.
We're not announcing a date we can't hold, a venue we haven't signed, or a card that hasn't been approved. Here's exactly where the launch stands.
California amateur MMA is regulated. Contests and bout cards have to be approved before an event, and amateur contests have to be clearly identified as amateur in marketing. We'd rather work through that properly than promote something that falls apart.

We update this as each piece is actually locked down. In progress means conversations have started; nothing is confirmed until it's marked complete. A venue is only marked complete when a contract is signed, and CAMO only when an event has genuinely been approved.
